1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the STYLE HUB website and any purchase you make from it. By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at checkout and to keep your account credentials secure.

3. Products, colours and availability

We carry men’s shirts, polo shirts, jeans, joggers and jackets. Every style is offered in Black, Navy and Grey. Product photographs are taken in natural light without colour retouching, but screens and lighting vary, so slight differences in shade are possible. All orders are subject to stock availability; if an item sells out after you order, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where required by law. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before charging and you may cancel without penalty.

5. Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy; our acceptance takes place when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where the item is unavailable, or where the order cannot be delivered. Payment is collected at checkout using the methods displayed there.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times and charges are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; delays caused by carriers, weather or holidays are outside our control.

7. Returns and refunds

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs, graphics, logos and page design — is owned by One Home Zed, LLC or used with permission and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written consent.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at a volume that affects service, submitting false orders, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Home Zed, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in California.
