How long does shipping take?

Standard Shipping arrives in 3–7 business days after dispatch, and Express Shipping in 1–2 business days. Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day usually leave the warehouse the same day.

How much is shipping?

Standard Shipping is $6.95 and is free on U.S. orders of $75 or more. Express Shipping is $19.95. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico ship for a flat $15.95 with a 5–9 business day estimate.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only, including Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico. We cannot deliver to APO/FPO addresses.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number is emailed when your parcel leaves the warehouse. You can also sign in and open My Account → Orders. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show the first carrier scan.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items with tags attached for a refund or exchange. Full details, including who pays return shipping, are on our Returns & Refunds page.

How long do refunds take?

Returns are inspected within 2 business days of arrival. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, plus any time your bank needs to post the credit.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

Yes. Request an exchange when you contact us about the return and we will hold the replacement while your parcel is in transit. The first exchange per order ships free, subject to stock.

How do I choose the right size?

Our shirts, polos, jeans, joggers and jackets are cut for a regular, true-to-size fit. If you are between sizes, or prefer a relaxed fit, size up. Measurements are listed on each product page, and our team is happy to compare a garment you already own with our size charts — just email us.

Are the colours exactly as shown?

We photograph every style in natural light and do not retouch colour. Screens still vary, so a shade can look slightly different in person. Each style is offered in Black, Navy and Grey, and the colour name is always shown on the product page.

How should I care for my garments?

Machine wash cold with similar colours, turn garments inside out, and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not bleach or iron prints directly. Care labels are sewn into every item.

Which payment methods do you accept?

The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout. All prices and charges are in U.S. dollars.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we will change the address or cancel the order if it has not been packed. Once a parcel is with the carrier, please use the returns process.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes. Email us with your company details, the styles you are interested in and the quantities, and our team will send a quote.
